Aircraft returned to service after repairs
Whilst performing flight TB-705 from Brussels to Cancun the aircraft was climbing out of Brussels runway 07R when the crew requested to stop the climb at FL070. The advised ATC of an issue with the landing gear being unable to retract. The aircraft continued on its path to Cancun but the crew decided to return to Brussels, they climbed the Aircraft to FL150 for a fuel dup over the North Sea, and landed 90 minutes after departure on Runway 07L at Brussels. Following the landing the crew requested emergency services to inspect the landing gear for debris. Fire crews could not see anything untoward.
