Whilst taxiing to the terminal flight BA69 Heathrow to Philadelphia the aircraft became immobilised on the taxiway due to a brake issue. Passengers where disembarked on the taxiway and transported by bus to the terminal. The aircraft was repaired and performed the return flight BA68 with a three and a half hour delay. The fault has been reported to be the ABS actuators being stuck in clam down position.

Whilst the aircraft was performing flight BA-103 from London Heathrow to Calgary, climbing through FL350 about 100m from LHR when the crew needed to shut an engine down and started to transmit the general emergency squawk 7700 via their transponder.
